I agree with Asif Khan ji's statement that we should not trust everything put on the net blindly. But, I have gone through all the sited quoted by him and found no where absolute clearance and safety certificate given by any body for any of the above mentioned advises. The site mentioned above on consumption of tablets has no where given a clearance that they are absolutely safe. In fact it has advised people to take these tablets under medical supervision, which means one should not simply consume these tablets at will or on the advise of the pharmacist. I have seen shop owners distributing vics tablets instead of change ( which again is a source of earning for them) and the consumer just pops up into the mouth as if it is a toffee! Therefore, caution is certainly the underlying statement. The site about the Mentos-Cola has dealt the problem in detail without giving any confirmed ' clearance certificate' Nor the site has cleared the Appy drink. The word " reconstituted apple juice" confused me.... whether that is a form of natural apple juice or a formula of chemicals which can give the appearance and taste akin to real apple juice! All discussion apart, it is better to avoid either Colas, or artificial drinks, or tablets if we can avoid using them. Colas certainly are the main reason for increased obesity and a major reason for diabetes in the younger generation. At least for this only reason, one should avoid drinking Colas! more

Most of the points mentioned are hoax and not 100% real. Moreover it looks suspicious anyway the way it is presented (starting with a Dr. Reference). I am sure that if someone try to find this doctor he may not even exisits. Therefore please don't trust everything you receive from net, as a responsible person we should first verify the facts and than post. It is not to hurt feeling of anyone but just to warn about some negative of internet sharing.
