MEDILIFE very unprofessional and a mismanaged selling agency.

I am using MEDLIFE for about 2 years and seen their unprofessional behaviour and lack of transparency. Delay in delivery is a very common feature. This causes some serious back log for user of medicine for diabetes and hypertension. So, I switched to other online supplier from last month and found their dealing more buyer-friendly. more

Its better to have the medicines locally purchased. If you are a regular customer of a particular shop, they will give you at least 10% discount. Have a try next time. more
Medlife is started by a son of an Ex Bihar Minister. It is a good initiative. However, the staff either at the ordering level or the delivery boys are misbehaved. The 1860 1234 1234 number is also not toll free. Last timed, the delivery boy threatened me by saying that he would not deliver my medicines next time. For a few extra rupees of discount, the site really kills the interest and motivation of any customer. more

Offcourse Medlife is giving good discount to its customers compared to the local medical shops. But their offers are either not valid or I can say bogus. Pls see the attached screenshot of messages where-in they clearly says discount to all the medicines. But when you place the order it directs to only 18%-20%. And surprisingly when you contact them customer says denies about it and says it applies to only certain medicines + marketing team doesn't aware of it - i mean no cordination between them! more
My personal view is if possible try to purchase medicine from local shop. more
Agree fully, there you can check all details such as mfg date expires date etc. more
