MedLife is Anti- Consumer Welfare.

The medicine delivery e- commerce service provided by Medlife was an eye opener for me. As claimed by all the medicine delivery services to deliver medicines within 48 hours which is true for other providers but not for Medlife. Their services is pathetic and such companies are simply made to harrash consumers. The following are the troubles faced in my first and definitely my last order with medlife :
1. They claim to give 25% discount which was appearing to be true till the order was placed. To my surprise the price kept on fluctuating even after making an online payment for the order, sometimes showing due to be paid or refund to be received. Ultimately making the discount percentage to be 5% ( lesser than what medicines stores provide)
2. The customer service representative are impossible to contact via call and via email no responses are available. Simply means they don't attend customers greviences.
3. Delivery agent keeps on disconnecting the call. No way to reach him either. It's been post 2 days from the actual date of delivery and no sign of the medicine. The mobile application doesn't provide proper tracking service.
The medlife is simply sitting on consumers hard earned money. In my opinion such companies should be trashed out. more

Put a copy to the MetLife web site and the ministry. more
THERE IS NO E COMMERCE ENTITY IN PHARMACEUTICALS WHICH IS OFFERING 25% DISCOUNT AND IF SOME ONE IS HAVING THIS CONCEPTION THEN IT IS WRONG.WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING IS 20% DISCOUNT AND 5% CASH BACK FROM SOME PAYMENT APPS,WITH T&C.NORMALLY,I HAVE FOUND SERVICES SATISFACTORY IF NOT EXEMPLARY.THERE IS DEFINITELY SOME PROBLEMS WHEN MEDICINES ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN STOCK THEN THE ORDER HAS TO BE CANCELLED AND REFUND OBTAINED,WHICH AGAIN I HAVE FOUND TO BE SATISFACTORY WITH MY ALMOST A YEAR OF ON LINE PROCUREMENT. more
The market is competitive and in case MedLife is doing any thing wrong, people will realize and take corrective action. more
What is the proper forum to take up such type of matters more
I agree with the Hemani Yagnick's views. The customer service representative are impossible to contact via call and via email no responses are available. Simply means they don't attend customers greviences. The mobile application doesn't provide proper tracking service. The medlife is simply sitting on consumers hard earned money. In my opinion such companies should be trashed out. more
