Mobile & Broad Band Services

Vikas Sharma is right that data in our account, it should be carry-forward to our next billing cycle.
2. Mobile companies delay our disconnection to charge customers for few seconds or half minute.
3. Many times mobile do not connect with message of busy routes but the BSNL or mobile of other company connects.
4. BSNL had devised ways to fleece customers since they disconnect broadband only after end of month charging the naive & unaware customer for full one month.
5. BSNL always delay payment of security to customers and they do not bother to reply and take notice of applications for refunds. more

Mobile has become a common thing and extensively used in town and villages. BSNL and all private mobile operator in the name of competition have been looting the customers. All opportunities are being utilised to take pie by pie and thereby collect huge amount by the mobile company. TRAI is unable to bring them into control. more
Couple of complaints with Consumer forum will get the problem resolves as the same will be learning lessons for the service providers. more
BSNL should be privatised now. they have gathered huge fat. till then, there is call drop, they should not lease their line to private operators. as ISP they are allowing nonsense portals which is popping up when my lady pa is working. they are encouraging non sense sms like "mere hotey hu_a aap akela mehsuz kar raha hain.....". bank salary sms is coming late in April. if it goes this way they should shed off the word 'Bharat' from their name. if it is not been privatised at least it should be an 100% equity based company. more
This company called tikona broadband took 2750/- rupees from me and installed a connection which worked for 2 hours, i kept complaining for 10 days, but wasn't resolved, so asked them to disconnect permanently and give me my money back, they took good 2 months to disconnect the service which was not working at all and didn't return a single rupee saying that the connection was there at my place for that long, that's the biggest fraud any company can do. more
Let us compile a list of improvements required in the Consumer Protection Act 1986 and submit to the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. If by good luck the Ministry " Jagos" to our suggestions then we can rejoice. more
