Agreed with V N. All businesses should be compelled to use digital route only. However the limit of ₹10 Lakhs seems to be low. There are many shops in small towns where the digitalisation has not penetrated fully and people still use cash. The shops with ₹10 Lakhs turnover will be patronized by people from lower financial stratum who still prefer tha cash mode. The limit therefore may be raised to 25~30 Lakhs. more
