Nissan Car Users join together

all those Nissan car users who experienced brake failure/ Air bag failure pls. join me. Let us take on the giant corporation together. I intent to file a class action suit
I owned Nissan Micra, and within 3 months of purchase, due to brake failure hit against a criss crossing lorry. Again second time a major accident of similar type happened 4 months ago. A tourist bus suddenly crossed my path while on NH7, applied brakes, no use, car went on and hit the bus severe damage to entire front portion and head injury to my wife who was on front passenger seat. Curiously Airbag failed to open despite the damage being heavy on the front side necessitating repair of 2.5 lacs. Nissan is mysteriously keeping quite despite having sent two show cause notices to them for air bag and brake failure during warranty period of the vehicle. more

India is the only country where by telling and showing some vague catalogues any car can be sold. In other countries they undergo rigorous field tests and then only launched in the market. Why the Govt can not take some strict action? They won't. Because, a hidden benefit. more

No consumer court / legal authorityr will give u instant (not in a year or two years but also not in ten years also) like three or six months atleast. Whether it is modi govt or somebody else's. At least it will tk more than 100 yrs to change our law n order (?) Legal books. Whatevr rule books we r using r almost 75 yrs old now. But nobody will dare to change those old n ghise pite laws . the type of crime has change drastically and v r still following the golden rules . no person will get justice by this way even if he spend whole of his/her life. Very first and too much imp thing which a comman man expect from modi govt is to upgrade our law books as per current situation othrwise person like mallya n chagan bhujbal will not get punishment for thier doings.. Evry commn man knws d fact of evry politicians but no law can affect them coz they knw hw to tk advantge of loop holes of our so called laws.. more
