No junk foods ads before 9 pm
In UK. Not in India because our regulators dont know much. In fact in India the children channel programs are sponsored by junk food companies.
I believe nestle cadburys itc britnnia cole pepse and many others must be banned from advertising before 9 pm.

Many children don't sleep before 10 pm, so if at all such a rule is to be made it should be beyond 10.30 pm more

You are correct, but action has to be initiated by the concerned government department without any fear and favour. After all it is for the interest of the children. more

Mothers have more weakness towards junk food alike their children. They also prefer junk foods to offer to their children at times being junk foods easy and less time consuming to cook. Hence, suspension of ads before 9.00 PM alone won't be effective and helpful in diverting/changing their food preferences/love for junk foods. more

Actually our Punishment system is totally out dated. Unless it is improved, nothing can work. It has to be severe and timely. more

This is media who wants and make money . it should be discarded by media but i guess they dont have morals more
