Nokia company taking too much time to replace phone

I have purchased Nokia 8.1 on 23rd of October, 2019 and withing 14 days phone got error and stop working. I submitted my phone to nokia service cetner at jamnagar. My phone is under replacement warranty, but it's been long and till today i didn't get new phone back from service station or Nokia company. I complaint in Nokia Customer Care, call many times on Customer Support number i.e. 18001028169 Email them to resolve this issue. but they just mailed me to wait for few days, whenever i mail them they reply 'wait for few days your request is under process' these excuses taken almost 20 days to process. i mailed them that i am upset and under depression but they just reply me same 'wait for process'. i don't know what type of process Nokia company is doing but it should not take that long to just replacement. I didn't get new phone even after my phone stop working under replacement warranty. Please help. more

NOKIA for mobiles had changed name to HDM & now has sold off their plant in India. more
Do not mail them anymore. Write a speed post letter to them stating your complaint. Wait for 10 days. Thereafter write to the Nokia chief - in Finland or wherever (I do not use smart phones so I do not know where they are situated) get the address from the internet and write to the CEO of the company explaining everything. Lets see what happens. more
Please maintain all your documents / communication records of Nokia mobile complaint. If you don't get resolution of your complaint, then all these will be required to approach the Consumer Court....... more
You have not made it clear that whether you had purchased it on line or from an authorised dealer? Once it is purchased from authorised dealer, usually company representatitve is there to take care of such issue immediately. However online purchase has a serious problem, it takes long time to resolve. more
This tells very bad about Nokia company. It is expected that they should sort out the problem at the earliest. more
