Yash consumers should demand receipts else not purchase - all goods are available with other vendors so you can go and purchase the same goods where you get receipts - I have noticed so many consumers not asking for receipts - creating such a mechanism which you have proposed is going to be a very challenging task - my humble request to all is first lets get our acts together and then request the government and others to facilitate - more
demand proper bill or purchase through cards only otherwise do not buy from that shop and register a complain with sales dept in connection with non issuance of proper receipt . This is done to save tax buy hiding the income. more
When govt officeals visit/found these shopes. shop keepers bribe them. hence no action has been taken. If you ask concerned govt officers they can tell you list of shopes who are doing cheetings. So how it stoped a good soul can tell. As a common men we only raise the issue.comitent authority should work on this. more
