Online fraud and cheating by Reliance Digital

Ordered one Vivo mobile worth 34990 online in Reliance Digital. But to the shocking, after opening the cartoon, found 4 liril soaps. The product was sent in big carton box. No one send mobile phone in big carton box ...... The package sent does not meant for mobile phone. Matter was informed immediately to Reliance Digital through toll free number. They told to send the video taken while opening the box. It was sent. Further asked about the condition of the box while delivered. Though I informed that it was received in closed condition, we could not differentiate the repacked and original packaging.
I told that repacking might have been happened while packing at Reliance or during transit by courier person.
Reliance digital employees denied my complaint and refused to refund the amount.
I told the Reliance Digital employee that the responsibility of supplier ends not only after despatch but it ends only after the product is delivered to the customer.
If Reliance Digital involved in such frauds means what is its reputation!!!. How we can believe Reliance. I am placing the issue here to bring awareness among people to understand the frauds in Reliance Digital.
Now in distress lost 35 k hard earned money.
I left this problem to god. God will definitely listen to my request to punish suitablly all the culprits involved in this scam. Have no other alternative suggestions.
No email address and phone number of the owner and CEO of Reliance Digital are available in the website. more

Such ill practices in on line marketing are nothing new. Many had experienced such fraud earlier and reported on consumer circle. Besides this, authorised dealer never entertained a customer for any repairing in case there is any fault in product. So one should always prefer to buy such product visiting an authorised store. There may be a small difference of price of product but takes responsibility of any fault more
Yes sir. Though online frauds are known did not expect such fraud from Reliance. Public should boycott Reliance though it gives attractive offers. more
Better to buy from Amazon with authorized sellers. also from Flipkart sites also some seller sending some package (Chadder) with Cash on delivery from Haryana seller. so be aware if any COD package receive from Flipkart. more
Though the suggestion is post facto, it is safer to purchase such costly items physically from A reputed stores more
