Online rummy promotion by celebrities

Virat Kohli some Tamannah Bhatia and others have been issued notices by court here in Kerala for promotion of online rummy. Its pathetic of the indian captain to promote online rummy. Nothing but greed.

But also to be blamed is our govt. Why arent there specific rules about what celebrities can promote and what they cant.

Why cant u pass a simple rule that no liquor, cigarettes, gutka, gambling like online rummy and fantasy sports can be promoted by them?
