Online shopping on Shopclues.com
We purchased online HP M128fw from Shopclues.com vide order no 66953863 dated 2nd September 2015. The product was delivered on 9th September 2015. The printer was not in working condition. Local representative of HP could not install it. We lodged our first complaint for return of the printer we bought from Shopclues.com on 16th September 2015. Since than every day we are talking to Shopclues.com call center number 0124-4414888 and also sending mail to Shopclues.com. Call center employees are every day saying that someone will contact within 48 hours and will arrange to pick up the printer from our premises. We are waiting for refund of the money since 16th September 2015 and when the 48 hours promised by Shopclues.com will get over !!

After lapse of 25 days Shopclues.com is clueless. It’s a shame on Shopclues.com. Even emails to Mr.Sanjay Sethi, CEO of Shopclues.com remains unanswered. Please don't buy online from Shopclues.com as they don't have return policy or after sale service. more
