Pathetic Tata Cliq
Has anyone returned items on Tata cliq? I returned some items for a size mismatch and they decide they won't refund it for a 'quality issue'. No more details. I have shopped on myjio, Amazon, Myntra and Flipkart for years without such non sense.

Never deal with anything that has TATA label. They are horrible and their refund policies have been drafted by a bunch of idiots and lunatics. more

I never faced problem with Amazon if returned within the period displayed on their website before placing formal order. more

Very correct Mr. Ashok. write registered letter to the supplying company, attaching all evidences and endorse opy to tata chairman. Post a copy of the of letter with all evidences in social media as wll to consumer forum for addressing the claim. more

where to send complaint for amazon . They says read policies which are not eon web site before ordering as grinder worth 8000 can not be returned more

First write a letter to tatacliq ceo whose address you can find in their website and also mark a copy to tata group ceo Mr.Chandrasekher and also if you are active in facebook instagram etc send a note on this so that people will understand and with people having so many options they will not shop in tataclique more
