Paytm Disservice

I have similar problem with paytm.
After contacting 24x7 Help team, they do not solve the problem.
There is no other Grievance procedure. more

Like MCA made it mandatory that every company must have a Policy on "Sexual Abuse of employees", MCA should make it mandatory that all companies must have a Grievance email, phone number and officer responsible and that should be prominently shown in their web site. more

I also face similar problem, I have balance in my paytm wallet still when i scan a QR code for payment to any marchant it directly goes to my attached bank account without debiting from my wallet. Today I got message some money will be debited for paytm recharge, i did not understand this transaction so have sent mail to paytm and waiting.Paytm is also not user friendly and no grievance redressal system. more

My experience with Paytm is similar to Mr. Krish Pathy. Paytm appears to be short of honesty and integrity in its dealings. more
