Paytm

I engaged a meru cab and paid him cash of rs 660 . Meru collected this amount from paytm who debited this amount to my balance with them. I have not authorised them to pay meru on my behalf. After lot of corrospondance paytm has returned rs 100 to me. It is not possible to speak to any body at paytm. more

There is no one point of contact for all these companies.Even thru their customer care every time you face different person and you have to explain again and again and then you get different answers.Their answers also do not have authenticity.They will suggest to contact other person/office in their company but if you ask their contact details they never provide.This becomes a sort of harassment to the customer. more  
THIS HAS BECOME INCREASINGLY ALARMING. CASES OF NON SERIOUSNESS OF CONCERNED COMPANIES. PAYTM CASES WITHOUT ANY REDRESSAL. USING ONLINE SERVICES HAS TO BE AVOIDED OR IN OTHER WORDS.......DIGITAL TRANSACTIONS. NO GOVT.ACTION EITHER. more  
I used it earlier,but recently I put money in my wallet for payment to a mobile number, but unable to do so. I did provide approved ID details but it says payment of Rs.650.00 failed for non KYC. When tried to contact, helpline. it says they are not taking any requests for KYC. HOW DO I GET BACK MY MONEY FROM Paytm wallet ??????????? more
