Pigeon Gas Stove - Gas leak from burner - Not attended regarding

I Kindly note that, I have purchased one Pigeon 3 burner gas stove on 23-01-2020 at Big bazaar, Saigramam, Chennai. Immediately on usage I found gas leaking from one of the burner. The same was informed and they took about 3 or 4 weeks to attend the complaint after several complaints.

Within another one month during the middle of March 2020, the gas was leaking from same burner and this time the leakage was more. I complained to them. In the meantine the Covid19 lockdown was implemented. The company denied to attend the complaint even when there was risk of personal safety. In order to avoid risk to men and material, we have kept the stove idle since End of March 2020 to till date.

During May, June and July 2020 months, I have made several complaints through Email, Toll free customer care number, missed call to a missed call service and through whatsapp.

On 8th July I complained through Whatsapp to 6364914202 and got a reply providing information that my call was registered vide no 1474247. Even then the complaint was not attended to.

Kindly suggest me how to proceed further.

Your suggestions and feedback can be given to my mobile / whatsapp no 9486430181.

Thanks & Regards,

Since Corona has started from 25th March 2020,many a services are not being attended. Also many a services we do not want parties to come and attend because of Corona fear i.e.the person coming for doing service may be Corona affected. As per report this condition may continue at least up to end December 2020 or more. That is as a Customer you are loosing almost one year,if you have an Agreement with the parties.Govt must come out with a directive that such agreements must be extended free for Corona period. more
