if it can be made on a commercial scale, it is worth considering or even sponsoring by govt and pvt firms more

As the demand for sugar will grow for plastic manufacturing, more and more forests will be destroyed for cultivation. Every new sustainable invention has a downside which is equally bad. Reducing & Reusing are the only real alternatives. For plastic the only real challenge is proper collection and reproducing from used plastic vis a vis virgin plastic. If we can control that, we have won the game. We need more ideas around that. more
