I bought a modular kitchen including cabinets , electrical equipments - like Microwave , Built in Oven , Chimney , Hobb etc. for more than 5.0 Lakhs in Jan 2015 . Started giving probelms from day 1 . The after sales service guys would come after 15 days -1 month of registering a complaint , do some thing and go .. Problems kept recurring . In the whole year , i must have complained at least 7-8 times . As soon as the warranty was over last month , they stopped responding .. My advise is ... never buy any kitchen equipments from EVOK . Most unsatisfactory quality , response very bad expereince . Can any one suggest what should i do to get the things resolved ? more
Off late the consumer product companies have increased the Annual maintenance charges whimscally. They expect that the consumer should purchase a new one instead of getting the product repaired. more
When we purchase we must get Bill as well as Warranty card duly signed and stamped by seller .He may also say ,Doesnt' matter sir, if raises Bill , you have to pay Sales Tax, so let it be. Afterwards if some thing happens his tone will be different. Better to collect relevant documents safer side. more
