Poor Services by Courier Company and Later on wrong info shared at ConsumerForum website
I booked a consignment at First Flight courier office, Piplani Katra Varanasi branch on 10 NOVEMBER 2018. The Status I checked on 12 and onward at first flight website tracking page, was showing me as Out for Delivery. The same status was showing from 12 November 2018 to 19 November 2018. I kept calling to customer cares on 022-62686666, 07428429333 but no body was taking my calls. On 19th November 2018 I got a call from courier boy mobile number 9152002155 and received my consignment at mayur vihar phase 3. First Flight Courier Office Mayur Vihar -1 kept my courier envelop more than 6 days which was a very important document that I had to submit on 15 November at some where without fail. Due to First Flight Couriers' inactivity/delay in service I failed to submit my document that was in that envelop. Rather than to delivery they kept my consignment at Mayur Vihar -1 office for 6 days. I received my consignment enough late. This is very annoying and painful moment for me. I feel like mental harassment due to courier bad service and I wants compensation in this regards. Please see the attached Snapshots for more details. Please do not close this grievance without looking at my attachment. In my previous Grievance 1014096, they wrongly said that delivery has been made on 9 Nov to somebody named Vishal. I don't not know any Vishal at all and they had delivered my consignment to me very delay on 19 Nov. more
