I have purchased groceries from Bigbasket on 14/07/2020 vide Order No.130538979 140720 for R.624/- and paid by credit card. However the amount was deducted twice from my card. Bigbasket has not refunded the excess amount till date. There is no email address and help desk special number is not reachable. Hope Bigbaske will take necessary action in the matter. more

My experience is that all merchants try to make unfair money. File a case in the District Consumer Commission and claim Rs 9, 000 compensation and Rs 6, 000 cost. This is the only medicine to cure them of dishonesty. more
