Profiteering authority must act against errant builders
Can the anti profiteering authority please ensure that under-construction projects that are still in initial stages of construction adjust their price points according to the ITC.
No one is doing it and passing GST benefit to consumer. The older one we can understand that raw material etc was brought pre GST.

This is the tragedy with this country. The government becomes complacent on promulgating laws & rules with little concern for their implementation and compliance by the concerned in right spirit jeopardising interests of the common man. This is equally applicable to all matters including corruptions and matters directly or indirectly affecting common man's interests. more

The exploitation of the builders are still continuing. The regulation passed by the government needs to be reviewed and strict action should be taken against errant builders. more

If BBA was signed before GST period and sale price was decided pre GST era than builder is liable to pass benefit of ITC to consumers according to sec 171 of GST Act. Even if raw material was purchased pre GST and was not consumed during pre GST (not purchased before 30/6/2016) builder will take benefit ITC on account of Excise Duty .The ITC availed on opening stock on account of excise duty should be passed to home buyers. more

clarification is not given,the Govt.has announced but without any systematic approach so the same is defined in any clarity.Unless this comes no benefit more
