Profiteering
Thia is a good initiative. LocalCircles is a good platform. Twitter has gone to the dogs . It seems India is coming to an end quite often on twitter and I have quit it.

Dual books of accounts are maintained and dual cash memos and are kept under the wraps of the lowest amount so not applicable to come under the net of GST.Inspectors carry their share and guide them accordingly. more

Well if this circle could get you a discount of 10% government haftas would vanish.. Twitter will remain twitter and nobody goes to the dogs, the dogs come to you if you are finished to eat up whats remaining. This is just a place to vent out your pent up frstration more like rhetoric you may find some information useful others not... and talking about reduction of the "hafta" what you call "GST" the government did not do anyone a favour. There needs to be a case of Profiteering levelled on the government for all these taxes collected where is it being used? We build and pay for our own roads Road tax and Toll Tax.. Our children no longer go to government schools... we pay for the electricity poles that need to come to our house.. we pay for the water that we use... we pay the policeman to register an FIR, we pay a doctor to come and see us when we are sick, we even have to make arrangements to pay for our own cremation and burial. So where do our taxes go to pay ministers their slaraies and send them on foreign trips.. we pay the government babus their salaries and also give them a tip "Bribe" to get the work done. After doing all this then we have to follow regulations as to what we can eat and what we cant, what we need to use to carry our stuff in plastic or paper bags, we have to make sure we have our own modes of commuting as there is not a single city that has public transport in place. and even though crude oil is as cheap as ever we still have to pay more than 200% over and above to use our own vehicles while giovernment staff and ministers get a free ride anywhere from Kashmir to Kanyakumari or even Los Angelese for some!! I would like to see what Local Circle does with this write up now! more

most of the discussions are rotating between ourselves, as the local circle has not initiated any step towards forwarding these complaints to the concerned departments. more

Can some one please tell if any action seen from Anti- Profiteering authorities about Profeteering ? Otherwise all our discussion will be in Air. or in vain. more

We are not sure whether the all the shopkeepers who deduct GST pay them to the GOI. What about those shopkeepers who have cash and carry business still. more
