I am still awaiting outcome of my grievance with the Salt Lake Branch of UTI Mutual Funds. Karvy is supposed to reply me within three working days for my grievance of 06 October 2015. I am still awaiting their response. I have objected to delayed purchase of UTI mutual fund. The cheques were issued by me (as advised by them) and handed over to them on the forenoon (first working hour) of 29 September 2015. They promised purchase on the same day. They did not communicate till 06 October 2015, until I telephoned and enquired about the purchase. They ended up purchasing the mutual fund at 28.7 INR (on 05 October 2015)instead of 27.8 INR (on 29 September 2015), resulting in purchase at more than 3% higher NAV and direct loss to the investor on purchase itself. This is my objection and I want immediate correction. I am yet to hear from UTI or Karvy. Be vigilant even dealing with UTI MF, they publicize so many good things in print and in media. In reality, the situation is far different. more

Dear sir, i m fed up with GODREJ COMPANY AS A CONSUMER having two washing machines, split AC & Fridge, all under AMC, my washing dryer top plastic hatch broken for which they took 2200/- for that on 30 th june,2015 and then came with wrong part to fit, so taken out our fitted part and thus washing also stopped on 7 AUGUST , ON many reminders, E-mails, talked to area manager of north zone but came with old part removed from some junk machine and fitted yesterday on 9 OCT,15 My AMC IS UPTO JAN,16 but they have started phoning since july,15 and numbers of calls more than our reminders What all this means that company is only interested in looting and making money by making consumers fool Kindly any one help me / advise me what action can be initiated to get compensation for all these problems My request is that no one must take AMC even if they give more than 50% rebate over that When called police help, no one came to my resque and asked me to go to consumer court, all know that poor peoples do not get any where justice, government / police help them only and once i complained against police men to higher ups, in stead if getting help, same persons made false cases against me and sent me to TIHAR JAIL after showing me that i was absconding since one year and caught me from place some other but i was called in police station on another complaint by me against some one else of my colony and that time judge also did not hear my pleas that i m well known electrical inspector of that area roaming daily there but sent me for 14 days judicial custody JAY HIND JAY SRI KRISHNA KRIPA BERSE SABHI PAR Case of DABRI POLICE STATION palam DELHI 110045 MAY I SEEK SOME ONE BLESSINGS THANKS ASHOK DHINGRA more

Dear "Jago Grahak", the way you seem to be conducting this exercise is highly unprofessional and misleading. The idea should not be to run down or praise a brand based on individual experiences, and that too in qualitative & general terms, rather than specifics, which is what is happening if you look at the comments from some members. Above all, please have a clear and measurable objective in mind before venturing with any such exercise. As of now, what you are doing is adding no value at all. more
