Rate Internet Service Providers

I have tried many Internet Service Providers like YOU, Tata, Aircel, Airtel, Hathway and found them cheating, providing poor service and finally landed in BSNL. For several years I have been using this internet Service and found it satisfactory. However, BSNL is slow in upgrading the system to fibre optic and their 3G service (cell No.9444837592) in my area(Kottivakkam, Chennai) the signal is very weak and gets disconnected frequently. Their response to complaints may not so fast but there is no cheating, boosting in billing and periodical increase in rates. more

Now BSNL has also started in the name of "Unlimited" they are limiting the usages like other service providers. My experience is very very poor with Tata Photon Max.They are cheating. more
It is a common belief that the BSNL is the best service provider in the country as far as its broad band is concerned. It is capable of providing far better service once corruption is reduced if not totally eradicated. more
I agree with Rajeev Bhargava. BSNL being Govt has to work with proper norms and rules but not exploiting public G.K.Naidu, Hyderabad more
BSNL is changing with time .With Government thrust to perform, competition I find it Transparent and responsive more
BSNL with its strong infrastructure can do 100 times better. But , i think there are some employees in its hierarchy who are adamant to changes that the situation warrants. more
