Salarpuria Sattva, a Bangalore based builder, is cheating the consumers of their flagship project "Salarpuria Greenage" by not giving them (i) Khatha Transfer (mutation) as they have not paid the "Bettement Charges" for land conversion (ii) Not giving them drinking water connection although they have taken money from all the buyers the deposit for BWSSB (iii) Not giving them all the 100+ amenities those were promised at the time of sale of the properties (iv) Not giving the hand over of Facility Management Services to "GOA" (GREENAGE OWNER'S ASSOCIATION) which is as per the signed "DEED OF DECLARATION". There are cases of thefts getting reported almost once every alternate month, child molestation case filed inside the project area for phase 2 expansion - yet no action is being taken by Administration despite several complaints. What can be the recourse? more  

Unitech through its subsidiary Unitech Hi-Tech Developers are executing Unitech Golf and Country Club in Sector 96,97 and 98. The project was launched in 2007 and not even a single Apartment has been delivered till date. The land for the project was provided by NOIDA authority through a process of auction. There was a stipulation that the amount realized from the customers for sale of Apartments or Land would be deposited in an Escrow Account and utilized for the purpose. However, Unitech has diverted such amount from the escrow account for its other businesses and the project is languishing for lack of working capital. Unitech Hi-Tech Developer has already recovered 95% of the Price of the Apartment from most of the customers and diverted the money for its other businesses. more
