My son has booked an apartment here in bangalore? Do we qualify to claim inputs tax credit from the builder just on materials or also on services cost?

Simple Solution. What was the Price at which the Flat was bought Example .. Rs. X. /- plus Service Tax @ 4.5 % for Those who bought before July 2017 Rs X should be reduced by 6.67 % and then They will charge 12 %. Almost same 93.3 x1.12 = 104.496 18% is for those who have bought after July 2017 where land registered after July 2017 n terms of the Purchase Agreement 12% is for those who have registered the land before July 2017 n Flat sold after July 2017 [6% is for the Land which benefit can not be taken] Builders will try all tricks of the Trade to threaten Buyers. I understand builders are claiming 18% of GST on contracted rate and not talking about ICT or any discount. I am requesting our circle to through light on this aspect to enable many people to understand reality and get benefited. more
