Reflexology:
Using the chart provided, stimulate with gentle but firm circles the areas corresponding to the organs on the original foot: Lungs; Heart; Stomach or Liver; Kidney, and the entire Colon. Repeat on the second foot.
Preferably get a person who knows Reflexology to press on the pressure points. more

Yes Doctor Anand. You have to get some training to achieve good results. more  
in the process of doing reflexology stimulation, you would have to learn to get the right pressure, which can be appreciated when you press your thumb/fingers on a weighing machine and learn to gauge how much pressure and for how long....then it works and works very well, when done continously over a period of few weeks more

Reflexology boosts body's system to work better. Give pressure on a point improves health of connected organ and ailments gets cured. This is very useful in pain like knee pain, cervical pain, shiatica pain etc, digestive problems, fertility problems, diabetics. more
