Since July 2015, I have been recharging for either 1 GB or 2GB and every time my data card has balance due to non availability of connection. I have at least sent over 50 email, there is hardly any reply. Now I got a reply which says,"due to congestion of data usage, this problem is there. Why due to congestion, I should suffer. I have been requesting that I should be given extension of duration and Data and the connection is not available due to my fault. more

Write to TRAI with a copy to the PMO. This should resolve your problem. This is a common situation in Bharat, no service provider gives you the service promised. They are only after new connections, they never bother to improve their networks. more  
The reputation of Reliance is well known. Please avoid Reliance network and take some other network like Airtel or BSNL. more  
It is the "reliance data connect". In our case of Reliance General Insurance Company wherein the Vehicle was Insured and Though Insurance was NOT Claimed by the Owner of the Vehicle neither by any Authorized Person, Insurance Company had paid Rs. 6,00,000/- to third person in the name of Owner which was encashed. On TOP of it the very vehicle was also sold Unauthorizedly and illegally and also got RTO registered. When complaint is lodged with the Company the Reply is "Claim is settled as per KYC". It clearly indicates that the company officials along with fraudsters are hand in gloves to dupe the Real policy holder, who has to struggle for his legitimate dues. It is Sincerely advised NOT to opt any Insurance and or similar Business with these sort of Companies which are formed for this purpose. more

The TARAI should be requested to punish these agencies which provide poor 'ghatia' services. Inefficiencies in private companies should be punished which is costing the country a lot in terms of the economy. more
