Salary and perks to MPs and MLAs

MPs should not get pension because politics is not a job or employment, but a free service. - Politics is an election under the Public Representation Act, there is no retirement, but they can be re-elected in the same situation again. (Currently they get pension, after 5 years of service).
One more disorder in this is that if a person has been a councilor first, then becomes a legislator and then becomes an MP, then he gets not one but three pensions.
This is a great betrayal with the citizens of the country who immediately have to ACT to stop this...
With the Central Pay Commission, salary allowance of MPs is being revised ....This should be brought under the income tax....
At present, MPs increase their salaries and allowances arbitrarily by voting for themselves and at that time all the parties are united.
MPs health care system should be discarded.. and health care like public health of India should take care of them like any other citizen.. Presently their treatment often is done abroad.. if they have to get it done abroad, they should get it done at their own expense. more

CHOR CHOR MAUSERE BHAI. NO POLITICIAN WILL EVER THINK ON THIS. APNE PAV PER KULHADI MARNA KAUN PASAND KAREGA. more
As many suggested, raise a Petition, and or write to Modi ji.The present Government has found the exorbitten amount and major share of the effence budget going towards Pension payment. The Government cant directly touch them. This was the Legacy left behind by the British Raj. And still clinging on to it. The Governments are slowly bringing down the Orderly sistem in the Police Dept. Already Riailways is in the process of reducing perks sending Khalasis like Mallis, to do household Chores. Hope this will also have to be done. The people should represent to reduce this drain of Nation's Economy. more
Decision makers of extending pension to MP's and M LA's are elected ministers, who are also M P's and M L A,'a, as such, no one to heed interest , because decisions are made by same politicians, who interest is to safe guard themselves. more
Cant we raise/ file a PETITION against such laws or rules ? can anyone suggest ? more
This write up is only wishful thinking and will take nowhere other than expressing our thoughts. does anyone have any thoughts of taking this matter forward? more
