Samsung Profiteering
So seems samsung is also profiteering. The LED 32 inch television below attached had MRP of 23500 in Dec 18. Jan 1 2019 gst tax rate dropped from 28% to 18%. MRP in jan 19 and feb 19 was both maintained at 23500.
Again why are manufacturers not reducing MRP. Why cant they send revised price circular and stickers to sellers. more

Only a mentally retarded person will buy a Samsung product. I had the worst experience after buying a 56" smart T.,V where in the speaker did not work after 2 years and there were no spares speakers available. When contacted they said that they have stopped manufacturing speakers. So please do not buy any Samsung product. Please inform your friends and relatives too. more

The price, once printed is not corrected till the items are sold. But if the basic price is written and GST rate is mentioned, then this problem will not be there, even after change in GST rate. more

When the President of the S.Korea that too a lady caught licking the fingers after shoving her hand in the moolah, do you expect the Korean Companies to follow the proper business practices. May be some day they will outsource producing children to China. more

Outsourcing has become the norm for most of the companies and the outsorced companies take up after sales service of multiple companies and do not service or do a satisfactory job of sevicing except installation and when it comes to any problem with the product which generally happens when the warranty expires and both the company and the outsourced agency both play truantwith the customer.This outsourcing has to be stopped and companies be made responsible for the after sales service and maintenance . more

Samsung is a company which cheat it's customer. I purchased High and Samsung mobile. Just after using about one year, the mobile became dead. When I checked with Samsung, they said that the mother board need change. But they were not ready to give any gurantee for the replacement mother board more
