SBI not responding to queries over call/email, instead asking to visit a branch in another city

SBI Bank Home loan department has blocked my account without any information to me. I stay in Vadodara and branch is in Ahmedabad. They have not been responding to my emails/calls since 2 months. My access payment of more than 2+ lakhs is blocked, leaving me with penny to manage my household expenses. I should not be asked to visit the branch to find out the problem myself. Anyway the branch AGM is not responding. They had insulted my parents earlier and been waiting for a response since Aug 21, 2018. Why is SBI, their grievance team is not calling me or responding to my multiple emails? This is harassment and unaccountably from SBI. They cannot deny to provide me information on call/emails. I had to take a personal loan to manage my household expenses, to which SBI is responsible

SBI charges are like private banks and service is like public sector more  
You please send a letter by registered post asking for reasons to blocking the account. Bank supposed to send a reminder/notice before blocking the account. After registered reminder, give a simple notice and then only approach banking Ombudsman. Confirm that your changed address is with bank as the your home branch is is in Ahmedabad and you stay in Vadodara as bank might had sent intimation/notice at your old address. more  
Suggest, approach the Banking Ombudsman in your region to settle the issue with interest failing which you may go to the District Consumer Grievance Reduressal Forum near to your place. more
