Telecom/Mobile Service Grievances - Inputs Needed
1.First to bring strict guideline for all mobile services. 2.Problems of the customer should be mandatory addressed and resolved.
3.Tariff plans to be more or less be uniform.
4.Prepaid should be made more popular with the same tariff plans as postpaid.
5.Low income group should be benefited to speak to the closed ones.
6.All the towers should be available for any service provider so that the customer will enjoy making calls without worrying about the signal strength.
7.There should not be too many service providers.
8.If every service provider should get business then there should be option for each service provider to cover only that particular area like district, taluk...
9.If there are more complaints of any service provider then the license should be cancelled so that he doesn't get in to the business in his life time.
