TRAI regulations and Videocon d2h services

I am a customer of Videocon 2h . As per the TRAI regulations, the consumer has to select the channels of his choice before March 31st. But I am not able to access the Videcon 2h through emails, or login to my account or consumer care by phone. How we can select the channels? What is TRAI doing about it? more

I really want to know if posting grievance in 'local circles' helps. If anyone has got some redressal, please let me know how to proceed. I am also facing same problem with videocon. Their call centres are replying with full understanding that they are fooling customers. more  
Yes ! I'm also facing issue with videocon since last 4 days, no one is responding, moreover customer care people behaving rudely in phone. more  
Videocon D2h has doubled my monthly recharge amount from Rs. 400 to Rs. 800 and reduced no. Of channels by 25%.Not answering calls. TOTAL MESS AND CUSTOMERS ARE CHEATED. TRAI IS JUST WATCHING FUN. PROBABLY TRAI OFFICIALS ARE GREASED BY VIDEOCON AND ESSEL GROUP TO MILK CONSUMERS DRY. more  
Written complain at consumer court. and change service. more  
Please contact Videocon D2H portal and hope, it will be set right. more  
THE BEST PROPOSAL WHICH WILL BE IN THE INTEREST OF DTH COMPANIES AND PUBLIC IS-- THERE CAN BE MIN CHARGES OF 200/- (170/-+GST) EVEN IF NO PAID CHANNEL IS ADDED TO FREE CHANNELS. PAID CHANNELS CAN BE ADDED UP TO 200/- INCLUDING GST AND IF THE COST OF PAID CHANNELS EXCEEDS 200/- THAN THE CHARGES WILL BE UP TO THAT. NO SEPARATE ADDITION OF NCF OR FREE CHANNELS TO BE ADDED.
