Undelivered shipment

I had used a service of a local movers and packers. Lakshya packing and shipping based in Delhi. I had to relocate my motorcycle. I had found them through just dial. They offered me a good deal and i fell for it. I had booked it on 23/05/2019 and was promised delivery on 02/06/2019. The shipment was to be delivered from New Delhi to Dimapur. Its been 21 days and i have still no idea about my shipment. The company person have switched off their mobile phones and now they are not responding. I have become helpless and i see no other way out. Can someone suggest me a way. I know i have made a mistake by choosing a company by price. Please don't mention it again, i am already regretting it. more

Please go ahead with the suggestions and keep your documentation of calls made also and emails, if any, Names of the persons to whom handed over the motor cycle, etc.... Good luck to you.... Keep on following the transporter, in addition to making complaints..... Important: If motorcycle arrives for delivery, please check its condition of the motor cycle before acknowledging the delivery papers.... If any damage is found mention the same in the acknowledgement and Keep the copy of consignment note/acknolwedgement etc for claim/ future reference..... more

Mr.Devendra Narain / Arun Patro and Jugalkishore Agrawal all have suggested the right thing. While writing to the above and lodging FIR do attach the receipt given by the Packers and Movers. Moreover check the receipt for any other phone number and email ID given. Make use of it. more

Write a mail to "just dial" for their cheating activity. Lodge a complaint in writing, in a local police station. Make a party to Just Dial. more
