Unethical practice of ecommerce sites

Some ecommerce sites have developed a process by design where they are luring customers to place orders for stuff they dont have in stock. Ex right size or pack is not available.

They still take the order, now revenue for site. Later they regret and say we will refund and the money is transferred in their site wallet.

So now their is revenue for the site earier, return booked later and then revenue for wallet business.

Please have some rules on this consumer affairs department. more

Without inventory, Order will be accepted. After few days, Due to unavailability Order is canceled and money is not written back to original payment method. They keep in their bucket/wallet and forced to purchase other product. Sites are not removing their product, still they sell the product to lure the customer. more

Factually, LOT's of things to do to regularize "ecommerce". The first and foremost is the effective and speedy forum to redress the Customers grievances - without which the system will take it's own course by developments and become Practice. more  
Yes, Relevant authorities must frame rules for eCommerce. There should be registration of ecommerce vendors with the regulatoruy authority..... more  
The fault lies with you folks. Do not blame these market thugs. First of all, why the hell you go to them? No business means a big LOSS and that will result in their natural demise. Let them die. more
