Unsatisfied Brother Product, Refund Promised but not processed

I purchased a Brother printer T710W on Feb 2019, after using it for a month I came to know that there is a colour mismatch problem where certain colours were not the same, for instance, black colour was printed as grey. I lodged the complaint for the same for which after the inspection I was informed that its the product limitation and cannot be changed, so I asked for a refund for which the company agreed but now they are not responding. I have sent more than 10 emails regarding this, and there is no reply.

I'm Confused now what to do? Should I send them a legal notice or should I file a case? Please suggest me more

All the companies with big names are sailing in the same boat as far as prices of their products are concerned with showing least respects towards promises they make in the name of guarantee/warranty and after sale services. They are well aware that even if the the guarantee given on their products is not fulfilled, they can continue with the trading encashing the good names/popularity they have in their credit. Obviously, they make such mischief in this country only knowing that the majority of our consumers are prepared to endure the losses and harassment rather than fighting for rights and justice, which would have little adversity on their products. more
Collect all documents, including the report of the technician, who informed to you that they cannot change. I hop4e you have documents, reports and correspondence. Make a strong letter and send it by registered A D to the Company, copy to their after sales service, as well to the technician. Post a copy of your letter with all enclosures in social media and to the concerned manufacturers association, consumer forum etc. more
