Videocon is a must avoid
I am writing this letter for extremely frustrating couple of days from VIDEOCON side about my Videocon Led Tv Repair status which is an under warranty product and they are not resolving my issue from last 75 days After calling and emails several times to VIDEOCON their customer agents always come up with the same answer that ur complaint is registered and the replacement item is allotted but not dispatched yet ,
Don't no why its not dispatching from ur side and its almost 45 days ,

I had been a die-hard purchaser of 'Made in India' products. But repeated hits from multiple ' Made in India' , which burnt my pockets and then heart, is making me to abandon such ideology. more

The company is in doldrum, why to buy a product from such company, when it is in bad health since last 2-3 years. Now it's really difficult to get a replacement of it. You may also make an attempt to get refund otherwise. You may also get in touch with the authorised dealers from whom you purchased the goods. However, if it is purchased online, it's a tough exercise. sharing from experience. more
