Vodafone cheating New way.

I took 90 days plan paying rs.509/- and after one month I have to visit Usa for six month. My international roaming may not disturb I again send 509/- on line. After one month the services has been blocked. I send at least fifty mail to customer care to know why my services blocked. From local service in India I come to know that 509/- has been taken in local scheme so they are deducting roaming charges from previous balance which I was having before sending 509/-. Than I request them to Trf the amount if I sent by mistake to some scheme which niether here applicable nor I need it. But I receive no reply. And if there is reply, reply was our agent will contact you shortly. In all the mails I never supplied the reason for blocking nor statement of account.
As there is no service I am unable to contact on phone.
I now decide to fight legally and switch to another portal.

I have been levied re connection charges of Rs 150/- whereas I am a customer for last 15+ years. more  
All cellular service providers are cheating their customers in one or other way. For unknown reasons the TRAI is not playing their roles effectively to protect the interests of the common men. more

VODAFONE is existing only to cheat. They have made min 35/- rs recharge for 28 days. They stopped my outgoing on the 28th day. Out of 35/- we get only 26/-Rs talk time. I got the recharge on 03-01-2019 which is valid upto 30-01-2019 ie 28 days, both days inclusive. I got a message on 04-01-2019 saying 'your outgoing will be stopped on 08-01-2019, so recharge for rs. 199/- When I inquired in the gallery, they say, "The message has come in a flow, you can ignore it'. Daily hundreds of flash messages and other useless messages in the inbox (like from builders and such others). How do they come without the user's permission? meera p. more
