Website Fraud

I had ordered on this website named fabgallery.in with online payment. It's been 1 month, my money is gone and so is the website. The order was never delivered. With website being gone, they don't pickup the helpline number too. Can anyone suggest me what to do. more

Its foolishness to place orders with advance payment with an unknown website only to save some money. The result is obvious! more

Make a Police Complaint for Fraud, alongwith Proof of Purchase and Non Delivery. Attach this WhoIs Record, which shows owner is hiding his identity. Send acknowledged copy of Complaint to GoDaddy & NameBright for them to disclose Registrant Details, with CC to Police. Don't approach Cyber Cell, this is Criminal Fraud at local Police Station. If you have the time, the owner can be both traced and forced to refund your money. But it takes both effort and time. more
