Nothing is wrong with the service of Amazon. The present government is giving employment opportunities for all and they hate the services of reputed and good organisations. The people of the country should not get products sitting at their residence. They have to go to the shop and buy. The blokes in the government and those in the organisation passing these stupid orders need some undisclosed tips and amounts from these Service Rendering Organisations. Until then, we the consumers, have to face the hardship of not ordering from these e-commerce giants. And for all these nonsense and stupid rules being implemented, we have to vote these persons to rule the country. more

If this happened today, it is because of the new law that the government has passed which comes into effect today i.e 1st February. The law was passed in December, 2018 stopping ecommerce sites from offering steep discounts and making sales through their own franchisees online instead of sourcing products from businesses within this country. The Central government had bowed down to the demands of brick & mortar retailers who were being hurt by the steep discounts. In addition, even though the law originally stated that the ecommerce sites should source products locally from businesses, these sites bypassed the law by setting up subsidiary franchisees based in India and imported and sold products through them at deep discounts on their sites. One of the most popular sellers on Amazon is CLOUDTAIL. Thus, ecommerce sites were using a loophole in the original law to bypass these conditions. Now, the government has plugged the loophole. more
