Who should be contacted for removal of cell towers

Phone cell towers are causing cancer. My brother's son is treated for cancer and now my brother is also diagnosed for cancer. They are living besides a building with three cell towers installation and no one is objecting to it. Inspite of repeated pleas,nothing worked with the building owners. Whom to be contacted and reported for removal of the cell towers. Pls. help more

You have following options.1 File Public Interest Litigation. 2. Take up the matter with Telecom Department & 3. Take help of Consumer Courts. more  
Sir, pardon my ignorance. I am not really convinced that the presence of cellphone tower caused cancer. If that argument is valid the number of people afflicted would be very much larger. As Shri Sundar Komanduri commented, it is a tricky situation to convince the owner of the building to give up his monthly income. more  
Sir, the cellphone towers do cause cancer. May be some biological conditions are more affected by the same to develop cancerous cells. Also, if someone is affected to such extent the owner of the building have to sacrifice his earnings. more

yes u r right, but V Venkateswaran statement is also correct, but the building owner is only person ,who can ask to remove the tower. He may not because he gets monthly rent from the phone company. Bad situation. more  
Some months ago, in a newspaper report the father of a boy who had cancer went to court against erection of a cell tower next to their house. Result is not known to me. more
