Your question is valid? if at all restaurant need to run then it should only be open for take away along with 40 to 50% of the staff working by keeping social distancing as well as taking their temperature everyday when they report for work. The restaurants should not be open for people to come and dine as this could definitely lead to spreading COVID19 if anyone person is not well and comes there for dining. more

In restaurants mostly people sit close to each other, besides the other visitors whom one would not to be the if they are virus positive.
