Working against the ethics by Medical Practitioner

I had a very bad experience about my teeth problem from one of the leading hospitals at Calicut. I approached a dentist at Eranjipalam who even before I explained my difficulties, deliverately suggested rootcanal and unnecessarily rootcanaled 2 of my good teeth. He injected pain killers and did the work. Then gave five days antibiotics. Because of the antibiotic my pain subsided to some extent but it did not go - 40 per cent was remaining. I asked about continuing the antibiotics, he replied..."no necessary, you will have to do rootcanaling of other four or five teeth too, after showing the x-ray. He also referred to another x-ray operator for a 180 photograph of the entire teeth. When I felt that he is allowing to mature my problem with an intention of root-canaling all other teeth, I contacted my cousin who is a Homeo doctor, who asked me to stop all medicines, including pain killer and gave me three days medicine......and with that every problem vanished. Till today I did not do root-canaling of any other teeth and he asked me to continue the medicine if I felt any pain or infection. Then I contacted the doctor and told how he worked against all ethics of medical profession and fired him for destroying my two good teeth. We are really scared to go to any hospital, including dentist when people explain how they are exploited for small diseases. more

Lodge your complaint with the local branch of the medical council of India And simultaneously file police coplaint more
always pay a visit first to Govt hospital to know what had happened. Today no govt. hospitals are not in the list of any mediclaim. Govt. should made a stricture that govt hospitals are there in the list of any mediclaim by default. On Sat, Jul 16, 2016 at 3:58 PM, Sadanand MC wrote: > more
