Worst service after sales service by Reliance digital

I have purchased Reconnect Thunder storm 2.1 CH MM home theater system 1st October 2017 and it got faulty 28th September 2018, i have compliant and submitted it on Relicance digital center service with request no.8019399845 on date 29 September 2018 ( it was on warranty) after 10 days i have checked my complaint status via sms service it was answered status closed then i have called so many times to service center and reliance digital shop but they did not give satisfactory answer to me still waiting for their response and they are not providing any update on my complaint and every time they told me i will call you back but till now i never get any call and update from their side i am now frustrated with both of them and written on the internet so that i can found the solution and the update on my complaint
After 50 Days I am still waiting their response with ETA and right solution more

Time to file a complaint with a consumer forum. You should not waste the 2 years time limit. more  
Good news i got full reimbursement from the Reliance more  
Trust a Bengali to alway indulge in politics even when an inqury is for services. It perhaps goes on to show the nightmare these groups from North East region are facing. They have Biswas only in whatever PM does and say, they would blindly follow. Do you mean to say Ranjit that for 60 years there has been No Development at all? This is exactly a brainwashing given to all interns in Modinomics that 60 years of misrule...don't forget that in between Janta Party was in Power (Morarji Desai) for 2 years (1977-1980: 2 PM's Morarji & CharanSingh) and then again in V.P.Singh's Janata Dal (1989-90)...these Leaders rode to power citing Congress as corrupt but they could hardly hold onto power as they fell short of expectation. Did you not notice the changing landscape and developments in 60 years? Well then it is time for you to pay a visit to Opthalmologist and perhaps after that a Psychiatrist. ;) more

Well you sure did get Thunder & Storm literally speaking. Reliance has protection of Modi Government so any complaint against Reliance would only go into a dustbin. Does Reliance Digital have any expertise in Manufacturing Home Theatre System? Answer would be NO. So why go for a product which has no authenticity where Manufacturer does not have know-how or technological expertise? This is exactly what people in General (elite ones) are arguing about Reliance who On paper would be manufacturing Desault's Rafale Fighter Aircrafts. Hopefully in this case the pilot can bail out when the plane malfunctions mid air...but what about the Defense of our Sky? more  
Are all other leading companies manufacturing the products they are selling with their brand names ?

Sailing in the same boat with those who had looted the nation for long 60 years and specifically, the period from 2004 - 2014 the ministerial offices were converted into the dens to loot the nations wealth under the leadership of the puppet of 10 Janpath !

Records say Reliance Parivar had also a very close relationship with those who were uprooted from power by the people of the country 4 years back making Modi a nightmare for them.

It has become a fashion for certain groups of people to criticise Modi and his government for all odds displaying niggardliness in acknowledging his sincere efforts in bringing social changes in various fields for the benefit of the common man, which the rulers coming from the dynasty had never thought of during their rule for long 60 years ! more
