Worst Service by Samsung India Electronics Pvt.Ltd

I have purchased a Brand New Samsung Double door Refrigerator (Model No:- RT32CDLBI/XTL, Product Serial No:- 06034ZAB500246K, Bill No:- 8314452) from MAA BHAGWATI ENTERPRISES dated 01/06/2011 at a cost of Rs. 17105 with 5 years of warranty on Refrigerator Compressor.
After purchasing this Refrigerator we came to know that our Refrigerator is not cooling properly and we were not able to get ice and cold water due to non / low cooling.
We made several complaints regarding this matter to the Authorised Samsung Service center and Samsung customer care Toll Free No.- 1800-3000-8282. The Samsung Service engineer refilled the Gas and replaced the faulty part as mentioned by the Engineer within One year of purchase of the product.
After 15 months same issue occurs on the product and this time Samsung Service team charged Rs 650 (Rs 900-Rs 250 Discount) for same Gas Refilling after sending many emails to the Samsung.
Now this year in the month of September 2015 my Refrigerator Compressor was replaced by the Service center team after making many calls to the Customer care no. (Reference No:- 8432839179) and they charged me Rs 1684 for the compressor replacement charges, which was illegally charged from me as the compressor contains 5 years warranty.
After 10 days of compressor replacement the cooling problem issue again occurs and I called the Service center team no’s 8923290534, 9837302904 but they did not come. Finally I again logged a fresh ticket no. 8478492397 and 4205540433 which was auto closed by your service center team.
After making many calls to the Customer care toll free no. my Refrigerator was shipped to Samsung Auth. Service center dated: 7th Dec 2015 after logged a ticket dated 28 Nov 2015. The Service team informed me that this is a frequently issue occurs on your Refrigerator and would be rectify only on Service center. They refilled the Gas again there and informed me about the same and now they demanding Rs 800 for Condensor replacement.
If a Refrigerator yields improper service and needs replacements of important spare parts during the warranty period, it indicates and confirms manufacturing defects. The manufacture and the dealer are severally and jointly liable to either replace a unit or refund the purchase price with suitable interest.
I am giving you a time limit of 15 days to settle our grievance by refunding the full Amount with suitable interest (12%) or replacement of the product along with suitable compensation; else I will file a complaint in the consumer court as you are protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
The Consumer complaint will be at your cost & expenses and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your Deficiency in services.

Please inform me the right forum to approach in this regard. more
