The need is ""As a driver I have to educate myself to following the traffic rules and do not wait for a cop to direct me , As also the traffic cops should understand their duty and responsibility and do not accept bribes on violation of traffic rules, but should book the offenders and make them realise their mistakes, but on the contrary traffic cops just sell themselves for Rs.100/- or Rs.200/- .......
