It is a routine menu without change and any improvement. Needs considerable attention and improvement in terms of quality

There is not much improvement in catering services .Cleanliness in food cooking area/storing area needs more attention.

Railway should not be in catering. Privatise it. Give it to 6-7 branded caterers. Create aggressive competition between them.......

Mouse menace, cockroaches, dirty linen, No Rail Neer.. Bad food.. In total the whole system needs to be overhauled..

I see progress in terms of cleanliness and reservation system etc but not interms of catering. Quality Food should be easily available for the people and there should be a helpline available for quick order.
