Billing is not fair at MTNL. Often the service is off and still we end up paying around Rs.900. If we don't pay on time the service is disconnected immediately. But if they are at fault with bad service there is no accountability.

There is only one problem with billing for Internet service of MTNL. I used to get 25% Senior Citizen rebate on MTNL landline rental. Now that I am using the same landline for Internet the rebate is not given. In addition even a small amount given for Online payment of Internet Bills has been discontinued by MTNL. MTNL should give 25% rebate to Senior Citizens on Internet Bills.
