Very good service in Accounts at a high level.

Speed is good and also service is good. Internet is down only a few times and complaints are promptly attended to. The firewall is specially good as Virus is not a concern with MTNL. Also it is ad free, other operators just bombard you with ads. Overall would rate a *****. Have been using this since 2008 and am very happy with the service.

MTNL MUMBAI,

I have a land line and mobile connection from them. The CSC is managed by ladies entirely. They are very kind and listen to our problems and try to solve the same. Their knowledge level has to be improved.
The work men who came here thrice never demanded any money and did their job satisfactorily.
Another area is speed of internet, which is low and comes down often. Break downs are minimum. There are no hidden charges and overcharging.
