MTNL - Mumbai

MTNL is giving new Internet connections promptly. Service is reliable and better than private service providers.

We have been using internet service provided by MTNL and find it satisfactory. However we are not happy with MTNL not providing 25% rebate on Broadband packages to Senior Citizens.

speed is good and complaints are attended promptly. Much better than private ones as you can directly interact with higher official without any hurdles. Its a pleasant experience.
